VT: Failure of Leadership

Something is rotten in Virginia.

VT Pres $teger did not alert the campus of a killer-at-large for 2+ hours. He was fretting about "damage control" & "don't forget the $1 Billion fund-raiser," not student safety. If "leadership" will not use it, why bother w various methods of notification?

Failure of leadership trumps technology.

VT Pres $teger & VA leadership failed the students & faculty of VT. Did $teger promptly notify his loved ones on campus of a killer-at-large on 4-16-07?
