Penn's April Fools' Obama Heartbreak

Three University of Pennsylvania students broke the hearts of their classmates this week by successfully pulling off an elaborate Barack Obama-related April Fools' Day hoax, the Daily Pennsylvanian reports. This past Sunday, the three freshmen placed plastic Easter eggs filled with official-looking tickets to an April 1 Obama speech. The tickets, fliers, and a Facebook group advertised that the event was being held by the nonexistent "Penn for Change" and would also feature New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson. By Monday morning, school and Obama officials confirmed the event was a well-executed joke.
