Ditching Cafeteria Trays for the Environment
I understand the energy savings at stake, the reduction of wasted food to be disposed of, but has anyone figure out a $ amount saved on the rising cost of foods. Assuming one can not take and carry as much food without a tray should impact the original amount of food prepared for the meal periods. I guess I am looking to see if this has created a consumption/preparation saving as well. (Food cost/Labor Cost)
