Facebook Won't Load. Panic Ensues

For almost a WHOLE DAY, Facebook refused to work at three Georgia state schools, Penn State, Clemson, and probably a bunch of other schools that didn't find it important enough to write about.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any good quotes of students freaking out, but I know you're out there.

For some reason, seems to work if you use https instead of http

Facebook Suxs!

Apparently with the more members in Facebook they cannot handle it!! I'm about to quit this USELESS website & join some other site!

FACEBOOK@!@!@!

I just got on facebook for the first time today, and it worked for a few hours, then around 8 at night, the page wouldn't even load. Anything remotely related to facebook (i.e. about.facebook.com), wouldn't even load. I don't have an answer, however, i speculate they might be working on different routers throughout the United states. For example, one on Arizona one day and one in Indiana the next, or something like that.
