Think You're an Adult? Think Again

Why is it that for every year older I get, the threshold for adulthood seems to move up a notch, too? A Brigham Young study found that 80 percent of parents do not consider their 18-to-25-year-old college students to be adults, the Daily Universe reports. These "emerging adults" also showed a mature sense of self-awareness by overwhelmingly agreeing that they weren't full grown-ups quite yet. Makes the whole moving back home thing much more justifiable.
