*The University of Kansas buses have added a little more junk in their trunks. The school's new buses are around 5 feet longer—a change that some suspect is causing a spike in bus accidents, the University Daily Kansan writes. There have been eight accidents since the buses debuted in the summer. There were none in the same period last year, and only two in all of 2005.
*The legendary Halloween party in Athens, Ohio, home of Ohio University, will not have a beer garden because of the city's concerns about security and enforcing underage-drinking laws, the Post writes. We at Paper Trail have no idea what a beer garden is, but it sounds awesome. —Alison Go
