Circus Bears and Scooters

So scooters aren't fun just for "crazy Californians" but for kids in Georgia, too. The fuel-efficient and easy-to-park roadsters are uniting the young, the old, and the European at the University of Georgia, the Red and Black writes.

"I started riding my scooter to work because one of my coworkers got a motorcycle, and I wanted to look supercool, and parking on campus is outrageous for cars," said one student. "I would recommend scooters because the more there are, the less stupid I will look," he continued. "I look like a circus bear, and it is awesome." —Alison Go
