disruptive protests?

Why is it that our 'world of academia', that puts so much emphasis (yea, right) on listening to points of view and screams (read whines) the loudest when their point of view is overrun or ignored...why are the people (students and faculty) so quick to disrupt anybody with a different point of view than their own?

It is nice to finally see a sound view point instead of the praising of this protest on various other web sites.

Video-flogging Ashcroft at CU Boulder

Heckled out of town, and rightly so! He is a torturer and war criminal. See him get video-flogged on his trip to the Univ. of Colo. in Boulder on 11/27
