*The excitement of the YouTube community is palpable: The Iowa State University police are considering equipping their force with the Pistol Cam, a small camera that attaches to a handgun, the Iowa State Daily reports.

*In response to the severe drought in the South, University of Georgia officials are reminding football fans that "if it's yellow, let it mellow," the Red & Black reports. Translation: Use restraint when flushing.
