If the Wheel of Fortune is the poor man's Jeopardy! then what do you call a game show whose contestants are future M.B.A.'s competing for $200,000? On CNBC's Fast Money MBA Challenge, teams of business grad students duke it out, tournament bracket style, in a show of business-knowledge supremacy. "It's basically a hybrid between Jeopardy! and Family Feud, with a little Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? thrown in," says one contestant.

At a viewing party, players from UCLA's Anderson School of Management celebrated a first-round victory over the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, which aired last Wednesday, writes the Daily Bruin. Meanwhile, the eighth-seeded University of Texas team quietly breathed a sigh of relief after its upset of top-ranked MIT Sloan School of Management, the Daily Texan writes. Students from Yale, NYU, Dartmouth, and Columbia also competed. —Alison Go
