*How much would it take for the University of Iowa's College of Public Health to sell out and name itself after an insurance company? Apparently, $15 million wasn't enough, reports the Daily Iowan. "The [$15 million] struck me . . . as being a bit on the low side," said one university regent.

*Scammers at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and other nearby colleges are trying to get students to return stolen books to university bookstores for cash, according to the Current. Considering the price of textbooks these days, it's tough to tell who the bad guys are in this one.
