Searching for Bacteria in Beer Pong
Beer pong is totally gross, a science project by two George Washington University students has concluded. The students marshaled six friends, brand-new Solo cups, and one 30-pack of beer, all in the name of science, of course. After a night of playing the game, a mix of ping-pong and tennis without rackets, rules, or a net, they tested its aftermath and discovered "high levels of a bacterial family that contains such species as E. coli, pneumonia, and salmonella," the Hatchet reports.
