Ball State Student Throws Pie at Activist David Horowitz

David Horowitz, the activist who has complained about an attack on intellectual freedom at college campuses, said he was physically attacked by a "hate group" minutes before giving a speech at Ball State University Wednesday. The two women who tried to hit him with a cream pie (they missed and hit his bodyguard instead) told the BSU Daily News [they are not a "hate group." But they did call their own actions "childish." They have been arrested for resisting arrest following the failed pie-throw.
