Awesome. My previous comment was deleted. So much for freedom of expression.

One nit

Brandon...pretty much right on but for the comment about leaders are born. I am not at all sure about this one. I have never noticed a birth announcement say, Bill and Nancy welcomed a born leader today who weighed in at five pounds.

It can be learned, imho.

Thanks for the Comment

I think in my effort to be concise I left out some important things. I try to never deal in absolutes, everyone knows from test taking, always and never are always false. And your right, leadership can be learned. I do feel however, traits that are common to leaders can be inherited from their parents. I think this is evident in famous sport families - Paytons, Griffeys, etc... Something in there genes drive them to be leaders.

I also believe, if someone learned how to be a leader, it was already inside them, it just need to be brought out! Although it would be nice to have it printed on the birth certificates! Make things easier! :)

Leaders

OUR WORLD IS FULL OF SO CALLED LEADERS. SOME FIND OUT THAT ONCE THEY ARE IN THAT POSITION THAT THEY ARE ONLY FOLLOWS., AND SHOULD REMAIN THAT WAY. WE HAVE A LOT OF POLITITIONS THAT PROVE THAT
