Here's an Idea

We as a nation need to wean ourselves from Uncle Sam's pocket book. Stop depending on the government to do for you what you can do for yourself. If educating your child is important to you, then the premise of this article should not matter.

There are libraries, the internet, your own education, as well as the education from people in your social networks to not only fill the gaps in education but, potentially, entirely replace our dependency on public education.

I know there are issues . . . dual incomes, no time, teaching theories, etc. Blah, blah, blah. Guess what? life is full of choices. What it comes down to is whether or not it's important for you and your children. We can all make excuses or we can decide to educate our children. We just can't do both!! You decide.
