GRE Down; GMAT Up
Why do we feel that there must be a logical explanation for slight changes in grad school applications? And particularly, why do we feel the need to explain those changes in light of the economy?
More and more people are taking GRE test in China
In China, more and more people are preparing for GRE now. Prices are soaring rapidly here. A single family house costs 2 million dollars, but the average yearly salary is only 5,000 dollars. And if you don't have a house, you can't have a family or a child in China. There isn't any way to survive. Most people I know is preparing for GRE, no matter how old are they.
Google Search Stats May Ease ETS and Grad Schools' Worries
Google Search stats indicate increasing interest in higher-education-related topics. The phrase "graduate school gre" was up 86% in November from the yearly average. See for yourself!
