You can log on this evening at www.usnews.com/heartwebcast to hear leading clinicians from Brigham and Women's Hospital discuss a matter of serious concern to women: cardiovascular disease. You'll learn how to prevent and diagnose heart disease, the latest on how hormone therapy and aspirin affect your heart, and what you should eat or not eat to protect yourself. This 90-minute event, which starts at 7 p.m. ET, will be moderated by U.S. News's Bernadine Healy, M.D., and will allow time for the experts to answer viewer questions.
