Rush Is Wrong -As Usual

Limbaugh tells his naive audience that Democrats chose the Republican nominee. But, he cannot cite any evidence to support his absurd claims-because there isn't any. Democrats turned out in record numbers to vote Democrat , not Republican and Limbaugh knows that . Limbaugh is as duplicitous as Mapes . As a conservative I abhor Limbaugh's slimey behavior and his patently false statements. He is damaging the Republican Party and the conservative movement and the RNC better wake up soon and stand up to this jerk before any more harm is done.

Rush played a dangerous game

Rush played a dangerous game. Had he substantially helped Hillary to get the nomination, then the Democrats with Hillary would stand a great chance of beating McCain in November.

Obama is so unelectable that it's not funny. So, yes, "Operation Chaos" did succeed. Rush must be waddling around very happy these days.

Black and Conservative *in the same sentence

I am a Black, just under 30, educated, and follow conservative principles (I can hear the Liberal sighs of disbelief). It is conservative principles that continue to bring prosperity to my life and family. Raised in the socialist sponsored slums of Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, Il - I was both blessed and honored to have served my country within the armed forces and to gain the life-long concepts of Duty and Self Reliance in addition to earning a Montgomery G.I. Bill financed education (I should add that G.I. education benefits are EARNED through honorable service). I am the example of what Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and others teach day-after-day on their respective broadcasts. Simply love your country - for there are not many other places within this world that guaranty the liberties we enjoy, pursue happiness - as long as yours does not infringe on my God Given Rights (this also means not handed out to others at the excessive expense of my EARNED wealth), and love your neighbor - as Rush cleverly exposes the Democratic party through Operation Chaos, transcend the senseless racial division they promote and come together on Principle.

who did you call a racist?

Don't you just love it how the very party that freed the slaves and played a large roll in civil rights movement are called racists. We believe in things like freedom, liberty, the pursuit of happiness. We belive we should work for what we get not wait for the government to take from the hardworking and give to the lazy. This artical is a waste of my time to even read this.

Pot calling the kettle ...

This opinion-ese column (re:Operation Chaos), which I must tell you honestly are the first I've ever read from Mr. Mashek despite his many distinguished years in journalsim, is blatantly disingenuous. It borders on the very root of the thesis: Being egocentric in the public-media. 'Foul play'? It doesn't matter (hysteria). Conservative thought has little option within corporate-media. Unfortunately, a growing number of "News-men" ought to be ashamed of themselves for what they pass to us as "news.' This was a once-noble profession. Increasingly, in those latter years, we find them in academia, molding next "News-men" generation. This opionion column is simply drivel (see above). In my opinion, the reason you keeping your hand in the "News-opinion biz" is so you can ask your grad students whether or not they actually read something you wrote .. because there'll be a test! Hopefull, they'll all flunk.

The Great Rush

What democrats do is sleezy.

What Rush does is covert.

There is a difference.

It's why we like 'm.

Dave

operation Chaos

So sad for Rush if he has any children ,what kind of morals and decency is he passing on to them.? and as some one else posted the remark about those people who followed his advise and threw away thier vote just to cause mayhem. Many, many people would and have died for the right to vote ,to have a say in thier goverment 's activities.Maybe those same people should lose the privelege to vote until the next election. they may think twice about throwing away their vote.

Kudo's to RUSH!!

Rush has every right to try to screw up the elections. And I'm sure that Herbert Lee, William Lewis Moore, Medgar Evans, George Wesley Lee, Vernon Dahmer, Benjamin Brown, Jonathon Daniels and Viola Gregg Liuzzo would agree!!

Oh wait, those are just a few of the people that where MURDERED WHILE FIGHTING FOR THE RIGHT TO VOTE!!!

Rush is just a fat moron and wouldn't even be eligible for a manager's job at Arby's. He lucked into the job he has and has kept it by playing to the lowest common denominator.

Response to Steve T of Colorado

Your statements demonstrate a lack of perspective. I gather from your comments that you believe that the evil conservatives started this “endless war”. In doing so, you would have to ignore the attacks on America and her allies since the 1970’s. We have conveniently chosen to ignore this gathering storm. And when we have gotten involved (i.e. Gulf War) we don’t take definitive measures. We take half measures because we don’t want to upset others because we want them to like America. This isn’t a popularity contest!

That is not conservatism. That is not leadership. It is ignorance.

To blame conservatism for the housing bubble would be like blaming liberals for the tech bubble. It isn’t that simple. The free market will correct itself. The problem is when the government interjects itself to help the situation (almost any situation), the situation gets worse. I don’t care who is running the government. Our government was never intended to be a nanny state. You wonder why our currency is in the toilet, look at our federal annual budget. It is over 3 trillion dollars. Any what do we always hear. We don’t spend enough on entitlement programs. Conservatism has left government long ago, and we are feeling the consequences. And I fear it will only get worse.

Respectfully,

A conservative without a party

Operation Chaos

Rush Limbaugh has more integrity in his formerly nicotine stained finger than the MSM will ever have. They didn't create him - ergo - they can't destroy him. Go Rush!
