Why on earth would I endorse Bill Lussenheide candidate for congress ca-45?? He does not represent anyone but himself. He belongs to A RABID 3rd party Constitution party...which will only be a party spoiler and cause a GOOD REPUBLICAN TO GET LESS VOTES. He doesn't have a chance of winning as he is a unknown and from what I gather a window washer from menifee ca. He has posted many disturbing comments on far far far right wing blogs. platform, sway you. He stands on street corners with another radical Chelene Nightingale who is trying to run for governor of ca. What a sorry bunch....Luckily many many from our community are wise to him and will be backing MARY BONO MACK!!!
Unemployment System Is Out-Dated
This present unemployment system is out-dated. It needs major changes. In fact we need a whole new system. This waiting around in suspense wondering if Congress will pass an extension is ridiculous. Then they drag it out for months before they decide to pass anything. Meanwhile people are starving to death and losing their homes while Congress decides to give a few more measly weeks that soon run out. And then the mess starts all over again.
Contact your Congressmen and ask for them to sponsor a bill that will overhaul the unemployment system and bring it up to modern times. The unemployment system as we know it now, was born out of the 1930's depression days. There were not as many millions of unemployed people in this country back then. And things were cheaper too. Everything has changed and this unemployment system needs to change too.

J.D.Sartain of Utah, posted an excellent commentary on the times we are going through in this nation. My answer to that is: the Elites in Washington,DC have that worked out too. They plan on using the illegal aliens who are invading our nation for cheap labor to handle those jobs. They do not care one iota about the American people who built this country into one of the greatest nations in the world. They claim Americans are too lazy to work. And that the illegal aliens are hard working. Baloney. Everyone that hires them soon finds out their business goes down the drain. Their work is shoddy and does not even come close the the superior work an American can do. These illegal aliens are one of the main reasons why California has gone broke. California has bent over backwards giving them free benefits. Free medical care, food stamps, welfare. And those illegals who are working get paid under the table and are not paying taxes to support the facilities they are using up. Our jails are over-crowed with illegal alien criminals, our hospitals are going broke giving them free care and etc. And what few jobs there are available in this time of high unemployment, the illegals take them. So then there are no jobs left for legal citizens in this state. But try to tell that to the idiots who are now running this country.

It’s time for Americans to stop this petty fighting over who’s a Republican and who’s a Democrat and start voting for the candidate based on his/her record and not his/her label! Americans are jobless, homeless, living in houses without heat, can’t buy groceries to feed themselves or their families, and Congress is fighting over which country to bomb for oil, which bank or corporation to bail out next, and how much money to fine the middle class for health insurance they can’t afford. WAKE UP you White House idiots!
What happens when half the homes are foreclosed and sitting empty? What happens when half the population is living on the streets and sleeping on park benches? Who’s going to feed and care for these people then? Do you really think that the trickle-down theory works? Who’s going to work in your factories, clean your homes, paint your houses, and trim your balding heads if all these middle-class workers are now homeless (or in jail because they can’t pay your fines and taxes)?
Based on the last 20 years, it’s become painfully obvious that our votes, our opinions, and what we want government to do with our money and our country mean nothing to the political regime, regardless of who’s in office. Why bother even asking us? It’s a huge expense to run campaigns and execute the voting process. Why spend the time and effort when you know and we know that our vote is worthless, that the Electoral College votes determine the elections, and those jerks don’t listen to us either. That’s a hefty investment just to placate and deceive Americans into believing that they actually have a voice in government. Why not save everyone the expense and just send the money overseas or give it to another CEO of a mismanaged financial institution!
HOW DARE YOU give my tax money to some fat banker with five cars and three houses when I can’t even pay my heat bill? HOW DARE YOU risk indenturing my freedom (what’s left of it) to another country for YOUR incompetent spending debts? HOW DARE YOU send millions of dollars to other countries for food and shelter when Americans are homeless and starving! HOW DARE YOU propose to balance the national debt with huge fines imposed on middle class Americans who choose to feed their families instead of paying for your mandated health insurance!
And another thing: any corrupt, lowlife slug who submits a bill to congress that exceeds 25 pages should be castrated! Don’t you think we know that these 2000 page bills are the result of “the legal profession’s favorite deception tactics”? EVERYONE knows that these bills (like most contracts) are devised to deceive and disguise the truth in order to overwhelm and manipulate the target audience. Hide the truth in a quagmire of toxic waste where no one dares to tread; you contemptible, condescending pack of rat feces.

Chelene Nightingale AS PER Vice Chairman of the AIP (american Independent party) Nightingale does not qualify to run UNDER the AIP for Governor of ca 2010 as she was not a registered member of the AIP for one year prior as required. She was a registered republican for the year 2009. Perhaps she can run as a write in for the Constitution party.. as the CP does not have ballot access.
UNEMPLOYMENT EXTENSIONS
I AM A 60 YEAR OLD WIDOW WHO LOST MY JOB IN OCTOBER. CURRENTLY I AM ENTITLED TO 26 WEEKS UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE. MY BENEFITS WILL EXPIRE IN APRIL. HOWEVER, THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN COLLECTING FOR THE LAST 52 WEEKS, THAT WILL STILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS WHEN MY HAVE EXPIRED BECAUSE THEY FELL WITHIN THE "TIER" THIS IS "WORLD CLASS STUPID" I SEND OUT
10 RESUMES A WEEK AND I AM NOT GETTING ANYWHERE. I DOUBT I WILL BE EMPLOYED BY THE TIME MY BENEFITS RUN OUT...IS ANYTHING BEING DONE TO CORRECT THIS STUPID SYSTEM?

the current unemployment situation is strange at least for me in east kentucky,i was excited about the tiera three federal extention passed in california an ohio,an other states, it simply states that if your benefits are exhausted you are eligable ,in east kentucky the louisville ky brance sent me several intimidating letters demanding repayment of unemployment funds,even though the state ui balance records showed remainning funds ,this is twice they have done such for different amounts on the same claim,which i found strange an questioinable as repaying the first overpayment of a few hundred dollars,became several hundred dollars the next time,its clear that poor people are at their mercy,as well as those on fixed income as social security, not being able to fight such mis managment
Third tier of Unemployment
I was told earlier in Dec and late Nov. that Ohio unemployment was trying to get the checks out by the week of Dec 21st and now on the top side it says on mine I was accepted but it looks like now maybe the payment will be delayed until 1/11/2010.
This extension has been signed by the Presdent Nov 8/09. Has anyone run into this situation? I have called for the last 2 days and the phones are over-loaded. No answeres yet.
