Lealize pot

I think pot which is a herb, a natural medicine. alone penicilin which is made with mold , and pills of the unknown. what would be the harm of a plant that grows from a seed we all are wanting to go more natural then what has become a big mess with other medicine that has killed more then enough people than we could imagine. my honest opinion is pot is not harmful in any way. alcohol, and ciggarettes are one of the most deadly of all. I HAVE EXperienced all. The way the econemy is right now, This would be the right time to lealize marajunna. As i recall back in 1937 or around that time pot became illegal because of one guy desided it was harmful. which never before experience the effects of the natural plant..THE out come should be based on facts. thank you.....

Make pot legal now!!!

Not only Cali, but the whole nation could become whole adn in the blac for once witrh pot legla. It is stupid to let this black market economy exist. If only Cali did it, then 90% of the nation will move to Cali to live adn be free. All other states will follow ASAP to keep their populations and to make cheap easy money off the taxes.

You would see inner city kids drop out rate go away becasue they would never be able to make easy money without a high school degree. Inner city crime will go away.

To make pot legla is the best thing the USA could ever do.

So it wont cost any extra to put it in stores tax it. save money on Jails crimal investagations, raids, etc. Its time to make this a front issue and take the war off Americans now leaglise it tax it grow it on gov. farms use it for cloths rope and green energy from seeds fuel. so much u can do with hemp. paper no more trees getting cut down for paper. tax tax tax it save money everywere

legalizing pott

I am an elderly lady raised six kids never smoked pott in my life and I do not want people high on pott in my invierment. I feel they need all there brain functions. That being said if it is done in the confinement of their home and concideredand illegal on the streets and heavy fines with possesion out of their home. then I'm okay with it, people that smoke pott have no problems obtaining it and I say make them purchase it in the tobbacco stores and tax the day lights out of it

Thanks to torqueflite

The topic is tax revenue, so reference to Prop. 8 is appropriate. I say Nature gives us homosexuals, probably due to changes in volume and timing as nutrients flow in utero. I want the federal government to repeal the law that "criminalized marijuana." It must not be done "state by state," because states do not have rights. People have rights-- and we move state- to-state and interstate. Before criminalization, marijuana was cheap. It grows roof-high in 3 months. It could sell for ten cents an ounce to cover costs. But weapons- merchants lobbied to give it enormous artificial value. Now, a relatively small amount of marijuana buys a LOT OF WEAPONS that are sold worldwide and keep wars going. Profits go to investors who built TAX-FUNDED jails to hold people convicted under marijuana laws. Those prisoners must be freed. The jails must be closed. California is wasting trillions of dollars to support unwanted but not-aborted conceptions. We need tax-funded free contraceptives, voluntary sterilization, abortion, reproduction education in eighth grade. Even Mexico City is ahead of us on this. In 2008, it legalized abortion.

CA budget balancing...

...could be helped considerably by bringing back same-sex marriage. Prop. 8 is not only a blow to equal protection but the dismissal of a lovely revenue stream. The fools.
