Nighttime Treadmilling is Not Taboo

"Exercise Before Bed? Go For It" ["On Fitness," usnews.com] was very informing.

My perspective on exercising late is now more positive. It is nice to know details such as: you should be able to sleep well with a minimum of half an hour between a workout and the time you go to sleep.
