His chance to be the big shot and hero he holds himself out to be...But he was too busy getting multiple draft deferments. He loves to hear himself shoot off his mouth even when he repeats the same lies time and time again. The man seems to have no concept of reality.

Let's see the memos that show the effectiveness of the information gleaned from waterboarded terrorists. Then let's have a detailed public analisys of various torture methods used by our enemies and make a comparison. Does anyone remember CIA station chief William Buckley or Col. Higgins from Lebanon? Remember what happened to those guys? Let's look at the methods used by Uday Hussein on his own countries soccer team when they lost a game. Let's have a serious debate about what torture really is. Then let's see what we need to do to protect ourselves from a bunch of religious fanatics that want us all dead.
American values end at our shores. It is a cold hard world out there that does not play by our rules. Who was it that said life is nasty, brutish, and short? We can try mightily to bend the world to our values and it will spit in our face every time. Fight to win, we have no other choice. To fail invites catastrophe.
