It's not Hillarys seat anymore

As we all know, Hillary got her f-- A-- up to go and dodge snipper fire (again),hopefully for real this time.

Caroline is my choice

Finally, a feminist role model our feminine daughters can look up to.

max

She had no problem not supporting Hillary! She has no problem taking her seat!

it tells a lot about Caroline Kennedy. I don't understand why people are after Blagojevich in illinois. There is something wrong with illinois. Something bigger than Blagojevich: a mine field of cultural immorality at a the highest level of insanity. It is all about Power and money well wrapped in a blanket of rules and lwas that always benefit the same. It's called NEPOTISM. LEGAL FRAUD. America is at its lowest. The PAY TO PLAY or THE CHICAGO WAY SYSTEM GOT AN ANONYMOUS GUY TO THE WHITE HOUSE WITH THE NAIVE ELECTORAL BLESSING OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. LET'S SEE HOW WEAK THE PRESIDENT COMING FROM THE CROOK COUNTY WILL BE TRAITED ON THE INTERNATIONAL SCENE. ALL THE WORLD KNOWS THAT THE FRIEND( SWEETHEART LAND DEAL) AND NEIGHBOR OF THE PRESIDENT IS A CROOK IN JAIL. SHAMELESS PEOPLE RUNNING FREE!

Caroline Kennedy Senate???

Hogwash!!!

Caroline Kennedy for Senate

Caroline Kennedy would be a breath of fresh air in the Senate. She is totally qualified by virtue of owing no favors to anyone at this time. She would not be out for self gain like most of our politicans. Three cheers for Caroline.

Pogue mahon farrel

Her appointment is only for two years. Fagetabout 2010.She'd be good for NY, what with her connect to Obama and all. Those Fed dollars will flow to Albany in those two short years. We need her. Btw, her last name is Schlossberg. Get over it, already.

FYI Farrel. Andy Cuomo was the Michael Corleone figure.

I hope Caroline gets the appointment just to stick it to her no good ex brother in-law Andy (the rat) Cuomo.

Hey Farrel; Go have a drink you deserve one or in your case many......never talk bad about the dead ESPECIALLY ones (jr.) you never met.

CK should start where the rest of us usually do.....

Caroline Kennedy shouldn't be appointed to the Senate seat; one of the many women who have established themselves as hard working representatives of the people should be promoted to that seat. It might be a woman in state government; it might be a woman in the House of Representatives--there are 5 from New York. It might be an outstanding citizen who has shown leadership skills on her own--not someone who has written a couple of books and been on some boards. If New York wants to help Caroline get a start in politics, then appoint one of the representatives to the Senate, and let Caroline start in the House--or is she too good for the "House of Commons"?

Agreeing with Natalie of OH - KENNEDY FOR CHANGE

New Yorkers demand juggernauts for senators; Kennedy is thereby a natural choice. Her selfless dedication to public service is indicative of her character, will and drive to do what is right for the mere sake of doing it right. Kennedy will not strive to compromise for political gain (for what is there to gain with Kennedy in your name?) but instead thoughtfully advocate policies that are prudent, relevant and socially admirable.

If you seek change, then naturally you seek reflective, well-rounded professionals who will not accept Washington's glacier pace and adherence to status quo.

Shake it up. Stir it up. Hire the juggernaut with a reputation that precedes her presence and thereby demands immediate clout...

Change is here; bring in the artillery.

An awesome pick

Caroline will do a great job . No one should say she wouldn't.. That would not be fair at all . Give the lady a chance ..

An okay pick

People with no political background should RUN for office and not be appointed for office. It would be interesting to see if she can handle the job. She's a very smart woman, but I'm not sure if she's tough enough. I guess she'll have two years to prove herself.
