The first poster sure can't hide his soreness at his choice of McCain and Palin losing. Yes, Mr. RL Shaefer, come off sounding like a very good sore loser indeed...some class would be appropriate right now, as in a hearty congrats to the winner.

I disagree with you. The reason you give for John Edwards to be the worst democratic candidate is spurious. John F. Kennedy committed adultery and he inspired this country to greatest. Franklin Delano Roosevelt committed adultery against the beloved Elenore, but he lead this country through the Great Depression and World War II. LBJ committed adultery, but he got passed most of the U.S. Civil Rights Legislation. And we know more about President Bill Clinton's love life than we want to. I know John Edwards has character flaws and his share of common vices, but I value his political expertise, especially concerning the economy. Now that

the U.S. has had a total collaspe of its financial system I know John Edwards can be helpful in the Obama Presidential administration.

MOST PROMISING ?

I agree with you Johnny... Obama certainly is the most promising newcomer - I mean, he'll promise anything to anybody to get elected. And, what he can't promise his way into, he'll just buy.

But, I'm thinkin' he's the least promising for our nation's future. Imagine, two people who hate America in the White House... That's one slick flim-flam man.
