By Dan Gilgoff, God & Country

From the selection of Rick Warren to appear at his inauguration to launching his Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, President Obama has lent a platform to a wide array of American religious leaders. George W. Bush relied on some of the same figures, including Warren, but did so much more quietly.

I have a new feature up on the 10 religious leaders most important to the Obama White House. Let me know if you disagree with any of my picks—or think that I've overlooked anyone.

See the full slide show.

10 Faith Leaders?

I can't find out whom you call 10 key faith leaders. Who are they?

We have the faith leaders...

Now what about the top 10 community leaders? Or has Obama surrounded himself by religious leaders?

Helpful and Informative

Thanks for this story. I found it informative and helpful. I'm delishted to see some of those listed included, and a bit surprised at some of the others.

Keep up the great work.
