Learn, Mitt, Learn

Hope Mitt is reading these comments. He needs to learn. Immensely. So ignorant about Islam. 9/11 didn't teach you anything, Mitt?

Mitt the Mormon

I knew there was a reason I wouldn't vote for Romney.

Like George W, he doesn't know anything about Islam.

Also, that Mormonism, like Islam, is also a hoax. Just a lot less hate-filled and violent.

Jihad verse in the Qur'an (one example)

Mitt, here's an example of a "Jihad" verse in the Quran:

"The only reward of those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land" (Qur'an 5:33).

Now, just who are those who "make war upon Allah and his Messenger (Mohamet)"? - Why, that's us! Anyone who doesn't become Islamic automatically "makes war" upon the Dar al-Islam, or House of Islam. So, just by me being a Christian, I am "making war" upon the Islamic god and the false prophet 7th century AD Warlord. Good Grief. How pitiful. There is NOTHING I admire or respect about Islam. Especially the concept of "Jihad," which is mass-murder of anyone not Islamic.

Ah, Mitt, you have so much to learn. Stop talking about Islam until you've read the Qur'an and also some critical books about this belief system.

It's a belief system - that's all it is. No one HAS to like or approve of Islam. NO ONE. I don't like or approve of Scientology, Fascism, and Nazism, either. Thank God Jesus we still have Free Speech in this country. Or, will BHO be doing away with that, at least concerning Mohammedans and Islam?

Would Mitt Submit?

If Mitt had become President, I wonder if he would be shamelessly brown-nosing and pandering to the Islamic Barbarians as is our Mohammedan President, Hussein? I wonder if Mitt would have said that the U.S. is a "Muslim country," as our Mohammedan President Hussein said recently?

Jihad can never be separated from Islam. Jihad is in the Koran, when allah commands "slay and be slain in my name," to it's Followers, after which the Followers of allah get the Islamic Paradise with the 72 virgins. No, "allah" and Jesus are NOT the same.

Muslims believe the Koran to be the LITERAL words of allah, therefore, it can NEVER be edited or revised or changed or reformed. Thus, Jihad will ALWAYS be with us.

Gee, I wonder when the next mass-murder courtesy the "religion of peace" will be?

The recent murder of a military Pvt. in Memphis, committed by a prison-convert to Islam, in the name of Islam and Muslims, was a Jihad. A one-man Jihad.

Mr. Romney needs to read some books by Walid Phares before making any more erroneous pronouncements about Islam.

Romney ignorant about Islam

Oh give us a break. Of course "Jihad" is Islamic. In fact, the core tenet of Islam is to wage war against the "Infidel" (that's us, folks, anyone not Islamic).

Jihad is Islamic Holy War against the "Infidel." September 11, 2001, is a Jihad. Mumbai is a Jihad. Madrid, London, Beslan, Glasgow - Jihad's, all.

Do you get it now, Mitt?

Defeat Islamic Jihad so the world can live in peace.

Silly

Muslims employ Jihad to spread Islam. They have been doing it since Mohammed invented Islam after being ostracized by the Jews, Christians, and pagan of his homeland, Arabia. Mohammed, stinging from rejection, employs lies, deception, and brutal violence to trick those people into trusting him.

Arabia, as we know, today has almost no other religious system represented save for Islam. Mohammed and his followers used Jihad to kill everyone who refused to accept his Islamic religion. But the Jihad did not stop there.

Mohammed and his followers then set their sights in Persia. Again, Jihad was used to literally destroy the identity of Persia, killed all those who did not accept the Islamic system, and crush the cultural hertiage thousands of years old. Today we call this land Iran.

But Jihad did stop there. It was then on to the Byzantine Empire. Jihad destroyed yet another culture. The Jihad has never stopped and to this day is carried out by muslims all over the world from the slaughter of schoolchildren in Beslan to the sexual mutilation of vitcims in Mumbai, to the leaping victims of 9/11. All done through Jihad.

Mitt is a fool

Romney...too articulate?

that the DUHS of America criticise him because he doesn't burp

a beer breath! Boy are we in trouble in the intelligence dept.

in this country!!!

Jihadists

You misquoted Romney. He did not say there was no connection between Jihadist and Islam. He said Jihadism is not Islam, which is to say that Jihadism is not the same thing as Islam. He further clarified this later, and you didn't bother to notice or mention it, when he said: "the great majority of people in Islam want peace for themselves and peace with their maker. They want to raise families and have a bright future."

Now, if you think about it, he said the great majority want peace for themselves and peace with their maker, which leave a small minority that don't want that, doesn't it? In other words, he was perfectly correct in what he said both in the speech and in your interview.
