Supreme Court's verdict

The judgement was totally fair. The test was fair. I'm so glad that reason and justice prevailed. This sends a valuable message that those who work hard to achieve something will get a level playing field. Discrimination is discrimination, black or white or Hispanic, and has no place in our society. Being a minority does not entitle one to special privileges or considerations. All that does is breed resentment. Those who strive mightily and excel should be rewarded. Those who do not should not complain. No whining.

Sotomayer and Justice

The verdict was excellent and long overdo. Too bad for Sonia -she doesnt get to beat down the white man this time. One guy spent thousands to get help in studying proving he really wnated the position and was willing to work - what excuse do the ones that did poorly have ? were they expecting sympathy or leniency because of their race ??? Sonia apparently thought so and granted it. She is a joke and so is this writer if you think this verdict was wrong. Obama picked her to curry favor with all the illegals and the hispanics in this country. Great way to pick a judge for life. This country is in bad shape and on the decline thanks to Bush and now to Obama.

Narrow minded liberals

I'm sorry, are there only blacks and whites in America. According to liberals there are. There was a Latino firefighter who was hurt when the tests were thrown. Asian kids are turned down every year from Ivy League Universities even though they are more qualified than others. I swear it is so ironic that liberals look at race in this control with such myopic eyes.

Attn Liberals: there are more races in America than black and white.

You talk about the history of black. Well last time I check, Chinese-Americans were practically slaves and built this countries western railroad system. Why don't you mention that?

MUSER

You're just angry that the "smart ones" are orthodox Catholics. You've got quite an ax you're grinding away at.

Anyone who can't see Roberts is absolutely intellectually honest is either stupid or crazy - You get to chose.

The five Justices who brought you this

also brought you an incredibly bad decision in Enquist vs. Oregon two years ago. There they held that male supervisors acting in admitted bad faith and collusion should be permitted to terminate a 10-year female public employee for any reason or no reason---to uphold the doctrine of employment at will for corporate buddies who filed "friend of the court" briefs.

Talk about bum "Justices". You got 'em in spades with Alito and Roberts---and those two twits are on for life.

General Reflection on B. Erbe

Too clever by half.
