Accorduing to public records, Goodyear paid James Sensenbrenner in a pattern that closely matched the adverse litigation event pattern of the Ledbetter case in the 11th Circuit and before the Supreme Court. Goodyear had never paid Sensenbrenner before or ever ince. My experience tells me that there is a nexus between payments and the outcome.

This is one of the reasons Obama and the Dems were elected. There are dozens of other reasons too.
