iiiiiiiiiiiii

Hey guys, I think mr.obama is the best pesident in the total usa history, the best choice that that the world could have .

McCain

And why did you not mention that McCain/Palin had a similar event in Miami the night before that brought in $5M or in Chicago earlier this month or right after their convention in CA also raising millions of dollars. It is what campaigns do and the fact that media is so quick to treat the McCain/Same as Bush talking points as NEWS is VERY disturbing.

Raising campaign funds is BAD? How about the McCain lobbyists who run his campaign? McCain now wants to fire the SEC Chairman. McCain has a hair-trigger temper as a psychologically disturbed, post-traumatic-disordered candidate. For McCain, it is "Bomb, bomb, Iran!" "Drill, baby, drill!" and "Fire, everyone, fire!" When he slimes Obama, he is in fact the pot calling the faucet black. The McCain-Pain ticket is, even according to Rove, who wrote the book on slime politics, too dirty by far. Their lies, trashy hypocricy, clear power-corrupt past, cronyism, corrupt-money-driven, lfear-mongering,obbyists-run campaign, in which McSlime steals every (rhetorical) line from Obama--Change! Enough! Washington needs to be reformed, etc--can only be bought by voters who either will never vote for a black man or who are persuaded by the sheer magnitude of the lies. Even conservatives like David Brooks, acknowledge that Palin is completely unfit to be VP and soon President, when the near-dementia 72-year-old, chronically angry, and endless-war McBush dies in office.

LET THEM EAT CAKE!

Barbra , her royal highness does not sing for the middle class. while fortunes were lost yesterday, she held court for all the hollywood elite sothat Obama could make off with 9 million dollars. He then hit the road to talk to the middle class about their problems. I bet he can't wait until he does not have to pretend anymore.

Please Barbra go away and take your new friend with you!!!

Average and Marie Antoinette

Do you even know the average pay of an employee at Lehman Brothers? Before you start calling people average Americans, you had better look at what average is. The point of a fund raiser is to raise money. If people are willing to donate to a cause, who are you to tell them not to? It would take over 10 plates at $28,500 to buy one outfit Cindy McCain wears. And if she wants to wear that outfit, so be it. The point is stop slinging mud if you don't want it slung back. You have got to be kidding me with the Marie Antoinette analogy....Do you know the history of Louis XVI? It just goes to show a little bit of knowledge is dangerous.

BlueCollar/HardHands

The quiche-eating, white-wine drinking Harvard grad

wouldn't know grits or deer sausage if they bit him.

Anybody who believes he can relate to the middle-class

must think that's those making $100,000-$250,000 annually, who

are covered in his "middle-class tax breaks".

I'll take the guy from the bottom of his Annapolis class and

the moose-hunting woman all day long.

There's nothing wrong with Obama's "timing". He was an extreme Liberal partisan in the past. He is one today. he will be one in the future, whether he fools em enough to win the white house or not. If you like Nanny Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chuck Schmuckraker, Teddy Kennedy, and that weird Wexler feller, you'll love ObamaShow. If you want an endless series of leftist social experimentations forced on families, businesses, American diplomacy, public schools, all financed through your hard-earned bucks, ObamaShow is the ticket. If you are one who craves the suffocating embrace of an unchecked Federal bureaucracy, hand the whole shebang over to the nanny-statists. If you want our own oil resources to continue to be choked off by Democrats and their Eco-fascist allies, you want Barack.

Obama reminds me of Marie Antoinette of France

When she heard that the poor Parisians complained about their hunger, French queen Marie Antoinette answered: "Give them some cake!"

This week, while there was mayhem in Wall Street and many average Americans were not sure whether or not they would have their job the next day - many of them didn't, just ask the employees of Lehman Brothers - Obama mingled with the Hollywood elites to show of their wealth with their 28,500-dollar dinner tickets. How more obscene could one be?

The poor Parisians dragged Marie Antoinette to the scaffold to behead her. That was more than 200 years ago when death penalty was readily accepted. In our modern and civilized society, let's just vote Obama back to Illinois.

Presidential candidate's image

Well said Cie of MT. I saw Schaefer's comment. I was going to post the same.

Either he does not understand or lacks the knowledge of how a Democracy works. It does not work on sound bites. When the majority of the constituents believe in Women's Choice, the candidate, irrespective of his/her beliefs must represent the views of the constituents.

It is not a simple question of Pro or anti. This issue is about legislating a woman's body. I don't understand why so many right wingers and evangelists want to do that! The modern day Fundamentalists like the Mormons and the Arabs would prefer to control the women. That is the fundamental issue here. People like Schaefer give out sound bites which mean nothing. However, there are millions who fall for it.

Needed the money to pay for his Greek temple

That $9 million should just about cover the cost of his Greek Temple rental at the convention. bo really knows how to blow perfectly good money. Seriously, do we really want this guy as prez? Get a clue. We've had quite enough of idiot in charge for the past 8 years, we don't need 4 more, so I'll be voting repub for the first time ever this year.
