Obama tied to terrorists

Scary stuff ! Wake up Americia -please dont vote for Obama from an unbiased Canadian Perspective-

I am scared

It's going to be a long, hard four years if Old Dude and Pit Bull get elected. :-( But one good thing, after four MORE years of he-u-no-what, the Dems will probably get elected for life!

Bush/McCain-Palin

All 3 support Iraq 2 say they want change but say it's god's will to be in Iraq- certainly they must think all Americans are sleeping-the rest of the world must think they/we are morans-we criticize Russia for invading a Sovereign Country and we invade Iraq-same thing- but we think that's ok. we set a terrible example- now do you really think McCain-Palin will lead us out of Iraq?? no they will stay there and possibly invade Iran -they are both crazy- we need to fix our economy, our roads, bridges, and a lot more 10 billion per month will do a lot of good here not in Iraq.Taking over the world we will fail

Numbers...

Obviously Bonnie Erbe thinks that bad econmoic news should hurt McCain's poll numbers. Fortunately she was wrong and his numbers have continued to climb!

I predict that this election, despite the wishes of many in the media, is going to be a landslide for McCain...

Congress to Blame?

How can Congress be held to blame? They've only had a majority in the House since Jan 07, and with Lieberman's defection there's a 50/50 tie in the Senate. The tie goes to the VP, and guess which way he'll vote.

The President can still veto anything that does manage to pass both Houses; he vetoed a single item before the Democrats took the majority in the house, and he's vetoed nine times since Jan 2007. It takes a 2/3 vote to override a veto, and even in the House the Democrats don't enjoy that ratio. "Do Nothing?" Looks more like that label should go to the President.

McCain 'Bounce' is temporary

Most people just go along with whatever is on their shiny television at the moment. The conventions are over and Obama will be front and center a bit more soon and his numbers will go back up because he is going to slaughter McCain in the debates. McCain is struggles on every question asked of him and never has any answers to any tough questions. Obama answers questions intelligently and thoughtfully and hopefully people will respond to that. I can't wait for the debates to see McCain struggling for answers from his old and feeble brain. I'm sure all that will come out are more lies and jabs since they have no real answers. As Biden said when he stuck it to the repubs...What do you talk about when all you have is 8 years of failure?

And, seriously, if something happens to McCain (which doesn't seem unlikely with his terrible health record and age), does anyone here REALLY want Palin in charge?

What about our problems?

Just another talking head pops into the spot light and we forget about the important issues. What is wrong with this country?

Dunzo!

I think the country is finally coming to it's senses with the help of McCain Palin! Obama's interview with Oreily reaffirmed for voters his Elitist I'm not wrong stance on anything. He wants to throw McCain under the bus for voting for Iraq and then he turns around and chooses a VP pick that voted FOR Iraq? What gives Obama. Palin is the first actual down to earth politician we have seen in a long while. The people can connect with her and her ups and downs. She is America! Onward and Upward McCain/Palin '08!!!!!!

Sounds to me like the left wing democrats are shaking in there boots! Scared of the Hockey mom are ya? Lol!!!!

McCain's Economics

John McCain has voted with George Bush 90% of the time. He is trying to distance himself from Bush because Bush is a deeply unpopular president yet he supports most of Bush's agenda. Which party has been in power (in Congress as well as the executive branch for most of this period) for the last 8 years? Sorry, we don't need another 4 years.
