I have to salute Obama for the statement............

............and to the person who wrote his/her review before me...Sarah Palin is great?did u wake up on the wrong side of the bed today?she is just a soccer mom and is a JOKE to the entire nation if she is to become the VP to the President of the USA.WAKE UP AMERICA!

way to go obama!

yes, he said the right thing about sarah palin and her daughter's pregnancy, basically it's no one's business. yes going for vp gives people the right to know about her life but not everything. if that's the case then why not ask about other personal things such as her sex life? get real, this is a non-issue. some things should be off limits and i agree that this is a private matter. they have made a decision as a family( to keep the baby) that concerns no one else. i admire the palin family for giving that baby the chance to be born(yes, i am pro-life)and i admire obama for standing up in this situation. he clearly did it to let everyone know if it were my daughter i would want that privacy and respect too.

No matter

Look at the issues...vote for the person who holds the same values you do. Period.

Bill Ayers

I keep seeing the Ayers garbage coming up. I thought that was put to rest during the nominations. Just because they lived in the same community and served on the same board does not mean they are BFF. Maybe the reason we don't hear about it anymore is because everyone else has seen that it's a weak (very weak) point.

And don't cry foul when people want to talk about Palin's support of Abstinence ONLY in our school system while her pregnant high schooler sits in the front row. Because that IS part of the issues. I would rather the schools taught NO sex education and left it up to me...instead of making girls feel like a whore for seeking birth control. No shotgun weddings for my family, please!

I wonder.....if her family is off limits then why does she keep thrusting them into the campaign? Why would you have your 7 year old run commercials for you if you don't want the media messing with your kids?

Ahhh Shssss! Governor Palin's daughter pregnancy is none of your business!

I know many parents who do an excellent job in leading their children in the right direction yet their children get in trouble. Your statement- questioning Palin's leadership skills based on the actions of he 17 year old (after all she is not 13) does not make any sence or whatsoever.

Even within the same family you see many cases where a child gets in trouble while their siblings do not. So- what goes wrong? Same parents, same upbringing, same set of moral values by the parents passed to all of their children... One child may get in trouble while his/her sibling does not.

You just never know...And, to many of you, who are critical of Palin's leadership ability because of the actions of her 17 year old, I would say, "you never know what awaits your own children down the road"...

How would you like people to question you because a child of yours may get in trouble even if you have done a "perfect job" as a mother? As if anyone is perfect...

OK, left wing liberals - perfect moms and perfect dads - go on ..."cast that first stone!"

A message to Jon Klein=clown - President of CNN!!

Cambell Brown and Jak Hackerty of CNN are a disgrace to serious journalism. Governor Palin's daughter pregnancy and Palin's vetting by the McCain campaign is none of your business!

Quote: "Jon Klein, president of CNN, has issued a statement in support of Brown's interview. "Campbell Brown did what journalists do," Klein said Tuesday evening. "She asked fair and important questions in a respectful way and was simply trying to get a straight answer to a straightforward question." Jon Klein, President CNN.

To Jon Klein, President of CNN:

I am not surprised with your idiotic statement. You have the audacity to call Cambell Brown's utterly rude behavior, "respectfull"???!!! Either you think that we are stupid or you must be smoking something funny, or for that matter you yourself do not know the difference between "polite" and "rude" and the difference between "calm and collected" and "neurotic-phychotic" behavior.

Yes, Cambell Brown is a neurotic and rude anchor lady - this is not the first time she has been rude to her guests. Perhaps Mr. Klein=clown you were better off having done your own homework in "VETTING" Ms. Cambell Brown. She is a disgrace to serious journalism together with Mr. Hafferty!

With the exception of a few anchors and correspondents, whom I have always respected (and who keep you still in business) such as Wolf Blitzer, John King, Christian Amanpour, Candy Crawly, etc. the rest of your "pretty faces" are "knucle heads" who - I repeat - are a disgrace to serious journalism.

I prefer to remember the good old CNN that you have destroyed, Sir.

No wonder why - for example - BBC World News and BBC America are increasingly more and more in demand by American households. The fact that most satellite services and cable operators offer BBC World News instead of CNN International - offered only to 6 million households in the US a country the population of which is 300 million should tell you something Sir - that more viewers prefer BBC over CNN!!

I am very glad that the McCain campaign pulled the McCain interview from the Larry King Show at CNN. I am also very happy that the McCain campaign has informed the CNN circus network that they will no longer answer any questions by your staff concerning Governor Palin's private family life or any questions by you regarding her vetting, which in the final analysis is none of your business. Senator McCain and Governor Palin are doing the rught thing to ignore you CNN! They are not going to allow you to treat Governor Palin the same way you treated Senator Hillary Clinton during her campaign. Alleluia, it is about time somebody has the guts to tell you off CNN - Long Live McCain!

In the mean-time, I suggest that you put Ms. Cambell Brown on some tranquilizers or better yet - FIRE HER!!

Shame on Cambell Brown and Jon Klein's=Clown CNN! Leadership starts at the top! And, your top advertisers are taking notice CNN - trust me!

Real politics.

Umm, well I can't find any in this rot, so I'll move on and search in vain for something pertinent. BTW-people are mean to bother this woman over such an issue.

Palin's Unborn Granddaughter

I totally agree with Obama that the families and children are off limits. However, I am convienced that an approach should be the policy Palin advocates which no sex education in school which is just absured. As well as her advocacy of teaching absteance which is proven not to work and ask if this is the kind of antiquated ideas we want making decisions on behalf of this country.

The Statement

I am not an Obama fan but I appreciate his response to the baby issue.

The news media are supposed to be unbiased but in the last few days after Palin getting the nod, the press has turned into the most vicious, biased group of thugs I have ever seen. "Troopergate?" Yellow journalism is what it really is.
