"New York Daily News": Hillary Clinton for Barack Obama’s VP
The Daily News editorial board adventurously puts forward Sen. Hillary Clinton's name as Sen. Barack Obama's best vice presidential running mate in an editorial today.
The News admits the choice is highly unlikely, but the paper concurs with many Clinton supporters who feel that she is Obama's best chance to win the White House in November. Will Obama listen? It would truly make news if he did.
The cable news networks last night showed video of heightened activity around Sen. Joseph Biden's home, while reporting that all was quiet at the homes of Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine and Sen. Evan Bayh of Indiana. That, even though Obama campaigned with Kaine in the battleground state of Virginia yesterday.
We'll know for sure tomorrow, when Obama makes his announcement in Springfield, Ill., where he launched his campaign last year.

Hillary Clinton
Clinton is the best things that Barack Obama can do to win the presidential nomination. As Hillary as his VP< together they can win the middle class, Women around the country, the hispanics and the african americans vote. Joe Biden is a good a choice but not as good as Hillary Clinton. She's not only a fighter, but she will bring this nation back to it's feet. The republicans fear Hillary Clinton !! I am a hispanic my self and i will vote for Barack Obama if Hillary is his VP. Joe Biden will not attract voters as much as Clinton. Who is Joe Biden for most people ? They never heard of him, that will cost Obama some major votes.
OBAMA'S SELECTION FOR VICE PRESIDENT
I BELIEVE MR WOULD BE PRESIDENT HAS MADE RIGHT CHOICE BUT WHEATHER PEOPLE OF AMERICA ACCEPT OR NOT STILL IT IS A MATTER OF TIME. I PERSONALLY CREDIT HIM FOR THIS CHOICE HE MADE.
I WISH HIM GOOD LUCK
GOD BLESS HIM AND HIS TEAM
Joe Biden is the whitest of white bread and most likely was picked by committee. Obama can't talk about McCain being an old political insider when the VP is an old political insider. Poor choice for a campaign of change. Hillary Clinton would have been Obama's best chance for winning. There is still time for the Democrat party to nominate her before Obama sinks the ship. Yes, there would be howls of protest for a week or two, but a month later Obamamania would be old news. It's hard watching an approaching disaster knowing it could be avoided if some super delegates would reach down and find some courage.
