Has Barack Obama Peaked Too Soon?

A poorly written piece

A poorly written piece. The message was conveyed, albeit at middle school level. It's ironic that the writer's bio claims she has "covered Washington politics since God was a baby".

Her ending line--She peaked too soon, and that may just be what is happening to him right now-- is lifeless, and lacks that seasoned finish characteristic of experienced writers.

Obama Who

We have yet to find out who this guy really is. His change rhetoric is just more political shuck-and-jive.....

Re: The Fraud

Another issue starting to pick up steam is whether Barack Obama complied with the legal requirement to register with the Selective Service.

This question is starting to generate some buzz in blogs, and Obama camp is strangely silent, even though they have a website dedicated to dispelling rumors.

Interestingly enough, failure to register if you were required is a bar to employment with the Executive branch of the federal govt.

Is it possible we could elect a president who wouldn't even be legally qualified to be the white house janitor?

It's The Electoral College Stupid!

Most of you readers forget that Obama has shifted to win the key swing states and make in-roads in western red states, despite McCain closing the gap nationally, thanks to gains in red states like Alabama, Louisiana, & Tennessee since he had only small leads there a month ago. McCain is gaining Bush like leads there but he has conceded the swing states.

Obama has virtually sealed the electoral college win thanks to new leads in the last 2 weeks (despite the Rasmussen tie) in Montana, Florida, Colorado, Missouri, New mexico, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Virginia and ties in North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, and near ties in Georgia and Nevada.

Obama Has Been Found Out

Obama is a grafter from Chicago. How could America be fooled so long? At least it did not happen after the nomination. Just nominate Clinton for president and Obama for VP.

clinton VP

Clinton supporters are NOT waiting for her to be picked VP. Many of us would be horrified if that happened and she accepted.

The Fraud

People are simply getting to know The Fraud, Mr. Obama! It has

nothing to do with his race, as some have suggested! He was well

recieved, respected, and even promoted by the media.

Mr Obama is responsible for his plummeting ratings and no one else!!

He is an inexperienced, corrupt, and arrogant man who takes advantage

of anything and everything for his political gain!

I am not surprised by John McCain's polls which are pretty much even with Obama. I expect as we all get to see more of the real Obama, John McCain will soar in the polls. Obama is a Fraud supported by the DNC and corporate media.

Mia

I've had no illusions that this race was going to be a blowout. There are many people who have a problem with electing a black man -- little experience surely has something to do with it -- but your country has proved that it is still sexist and racist (media, are you reading this)?

Is anyone even home to respond to these polls? Most

people I know are outside enjoying the weather. Sorry, but I believe these polls are biased towards the traditional voting crowd who do have land phones. In other words older folks who don't travel as much as the younger kids -- who are probably home on spring break and can't be reached by phone because their phone number was to their college dorm. Their home phone is under their parents name.

The younger voters who will largely break for Obama are notoriously hard to reach. Obama may flip flop, but so does McCain, and Obama is still the bette alternative to McCain even though he has flip flopped on FISA. These low poll numbers will work in favor of Obama--McCain and the GOP will grow overconfident. Save for the fact that McCain is benefitting largely because he's white and "safe." (And anyone who tries to tell me that this isn't about race has their head in the sand).

I'm sure Hillary supporters are hoping to use this to somehow strong arm the superdelegates into making her the nominee. Well, good luck winning without Obama supporters, cause I will sit this one out if she does. I can whine and point and stomp my foot just as good as any Hillary supporter.
