You can visit Rutgers website and see what your options are since you live in NJ. Also, the insurance industry can be a good field to be in during a downturn. Maybe you should consider working for another insurance company if the one you are at is not fufilling your goals. Some companies will also pay for your tuition to attend courses part time to further your career goals and to benefit the industry. You could look into that. You don't say what company you work for, what kind of insurance (property, casualty, auto, health, etc.) you work in and your approximate salary.
