Can Democrats Get to 60 by Winning Senate Races in Alaska, Minnesota, and Georgia?

Get 60 Seats with Alaska,Minnesota & Georgia
Just like the other states dominated by Republicans, Minnesotans are in debt, massively. The Republican governor wants to sell off the parks and recreation facilities and lose further revenue for the quick crony snatch to spur immediate cash at great community loss. The same applies for lotteries and bridges across the country. People are too stupid to stop voting against their interests. The Alaskans love their "Air Head" governor and the Georgians love their Jesus too much to vote in any "turn the other cheek," liberal. Has anyone told them Jesus was a liberal? They certainly would not hire him! The Republicans will get their filibuster in spite of the fact that the Republicans have run the entire country into debt. $13 T Federal, $63 T public and private and $800 T in global obligations with all of our debt foreign owned ensures the greedy bastards a seat. Wait until the Chinese reposess their assetts in America. They historically have never relenquished any land they have acquired.
Card Check would be an absolute disaster
Card check legislation to remove the secret ballot is absolute disgrace and nothing more than a sop to the labor unions that spent over 400 million to elect Democrats this year. The three major unionized industries in this country are auto-makers, airlines, and government employees. Do Americans want the rest of their economy to emulate these failing industries? The auto-makers want a bailout and the airlines are in and out of bankruptucy year-in year-out.
HASTA LA BYE BYE TED STEVENS

I don't think "card check" will have as much of an effects as an NLRB that is no longer in the hands of business lobbyists. Either way, anything that can actually improve the long-standing wage stagnation will be good for this country. You can't buy squat with a low salary except food, rent, transportation, some health care a a few odds and ends. That means no new cars, no new appliances, etc. Even the current starting UAW wage is a joke.
Georgia Race
The Republican was ahead in the Georgia senate race by over 100,000 votes. The runoff election depends on turnout. The Republicans have a BIG reason to turnout to stop the Democrats from getting 60 votes in the Senate. Turnout for the Democrats may be diluted somewhat since Obama won and the African American vote may not be as motivated to vote in the runoff as they were for the November 4 vote.
60
Howard is a mean spirited partisan. The Left continues to demean and diminish those who hold differing views.
This year's campaign was one of the most deceptive ones I have encountered in my 40 plus years of voting. In the general, not the primary campaign, Obama didn't run on who he is or what he believes, policies etc...he tried to hide it and the press helped him. His illegal financing, his attempts to silence dissent, his ties to ACORN, connections to Wm. Ayers - whose book now states he and Obama were family friends, Rev. Wright, his Marxist mentors during youth and college, corrupt Chicago Pols,Rashid Khalidi, were ignored or absolutely covered up by our current media. I truly fear for our country now.
I pray we can hold on to MN and GA. Ted Stevens in Alaska needs to leave - even if he wins.
Auto Industry
Democrats. Toyota. Republicans. US Automakers.
Please circle the group that lacks innovative ideas, suffered huge losses in 2008, and needs some miracle to be able to compete with the industry leader in the coming years. (You may circle more than one).
Wrong on Alaska
"Anchorage typically is more Republican than the rest of the state."
Not this time. In the preliminary numbers, Begich lost Anchorage by about 300 votes as opposed to more than 3,000 statewide. Because Anchorage is between 35 and 40 percent of the total state population, however, Begich would have had to lose it by more than 1,000 for him to have done relatively poorly in the city. The opposite is true. When all is said and done, Begich will easily surpass the .5 percent margin of victory (about 1,500 votes) and thus escape the automatic recount. He can start measuring the drapes.
Bye Bye The Economy
Card Check will help unions wreck US Industry just like it wrecked bit steel and the US automakers. Many businesses will just throw in the towel and retire.
That will be jsut one overeach among many for the Democrats.
