Get out the vote not just kids

My 60-year old husband went back to his home state of Colorado to work the get-out-the-vote for the Obama campaign; For days, he's been paired up with other people in their 50's and 60's from out of state, who've come to volunteer. There and here in our current state, we see college kids and lots of retirees in the Obama offices, so this idea that it's just college kids waving signs doesn't seem to hold true in our experience. It's actually pretty nice to see the grandparents and grandkids generations working together.

Wow, you have NO idea what is going on with the Obama campaign, do you?

CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS

MCCAIN AND PALIN HAVE BEEN PREACHING AT EVERY RALLY THAT OBAMA IS PALLYING AROUND WITH TERRORISTS.

THE HEADLINE OF AN ARTICLE IN THE WASHINGTON POST READS:

MCCAIN SOLICITS RUSSIAN UN AMBASSADOR.

THE RUSSIAN MISSION TO THE UNITED NATIONS FURNISHED A COPY OF A SEPTEMBER 29,2008 CAMPAIGN LETTER IT RECEIVED URGING CHURKIN TO CONTRIBUTE UP TO $5,000, IT GOES ON TO SAY TO STOP THE OBAMA DEMOCRATES FROM SEIZING CONTROL OF THE ENTIRE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THE RUSSIAN MISSION ISSUED A STATEMENT SAYING "WE HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM SENATOR JOHN MCCAIN WITH A REQUEST FOR A FINANCIAL DONATION TO HIS PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN"

THE MCCAIN LETTER TELLS CHURKIN " I AM REACHING OUT TO YOU TO ASK YOU TO SIGN AND RETURN THE ENCLOSED 2008 PLEDGE OF SUPPORT ALONG WITH A CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION OF $35,$50,$100,$500,$1,000, $2,500, OR EVEN $5,000 TO THE MCCAIN/PALIN VICTORY 2008.

DIPLOMATS FROM SEVERAL OTHER POWERFUL NATIONS SAID THAT "HE (MCCAIN) MUST HAVE BEEN REALLY DESPERATE" SAID ONE EUROPEAN OFFICIAL WAS INFORMED OF MCCAINS RUSSIAN APPEAL.

THE RUSSIAN MISSION ISSUED A STATEMENT THAT "WE HAVE TO REITERATE THAT NEITHER RUSSIA'S PERMANENT MISSION TO THE UNITED NATIONS, NOR THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT OR ITS OFFICIALS FINANCE POLITICAL ACTIVITIES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES"

IT IS ILLEGAL FRO AN AMERICAN POLITICAL CANDIDATE TO ACCEPT CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS FROM A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT.

THE MCCAIN/PALIN CAMPAIGN SPOKESMAN, BRIAN ROGERS SAID

"IT WAS A MISTAKE" AND MR ROGERS CONTINUED WITH " WE DON'T SOLICIT FOLKS WHO CAN'T GIVE"

THE MCCAIN/PALIN CAMPAIGN CANNOT PREACH THAT OBAMA IS PALLYING AROUND WITH TERRORISTS WHEN MCCAIN IS TRYING TO SOLICIT FUNDS FROM A RUSSIAN UN AMBASSADOR WHICH HE KNOWS IT IS ILLEGAL. MCCAIN MADE A FOOL OF HIMSELF WHEN DIPLOMATS FROM SEVERAL OTHER POWERFUL NATIONS WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE LETTER.

MCCAIN HAS IS OWN RELATIONSHIP WITH TERRORIST.MCCAIN DIDN'T DISCLOSE HIS TIES WITH THE CONTRA FUNDING.

MCCAIN CAN'T PREACH OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF HIS MOUTH ABOUT OBAMA, WHEN HE HAD CONNECTIONS OF HIS OWN.

Re Give it up!

This isn't about white supremacy; it's about electing someone of conviction who supports the free enterprise system and who doesn't shout down his opponents. Too bad some of these know-nothing, hateful leftists can't see it

By the way, the members of Republicans$Obama AREN'T Republicans; they're leftists posing as Republicans.

IRAQ

WHOEVER SAYS "OUT OF iRAQ IMMEDIATELY" WILL WIN THE ELECTION !

Mccain can still win this election if.....

I think John Mccain can win this election, but I think his chances would improve greatly if he suddenly said he wanted "Out Of Iraq"

This War is eating us up alive. Remember the Kenny Rogers song the Gambler? You got to know when to hold'em and know when to fold'em...Know when to walk away... Know when to run...

Well...we should be running out of Iraq! I'm a "Last Days" Bible believing Christian, but I also know that "Common Sense" should rule any Nation, and I don't think were using much common Sense these days. Giving 700 Billion to Wall Street thugs is not my idea of good money management! I think every Congressman who voted for that garbage Bail Out bill should be voted out...that includes both parties!

I'm glad our Founding Father's read and followed the Bible. We have too many spiritual wimps in office these days. Too afraid of thier own shaddow to do anything constructive. I'd rather be called a "Crazy Christian" and do something right...then to be called a "Moderate nice Guy" and do nothing!

Maybe we should bring back the "Do Nothing Party" and I think most in Congress would qualify to join it!

Missouri is still leaning Mccain

In the last 100 years in all the presidential election except one Missouri predicted the winner. That's why Mccain is still competitive in all battleground states. The polls are meaningless due to the race factor. So if Mccain wins Missouri I think he will the election.

Not for Obama

Obama doesn't have my vote. He lost me on education. I read the Illinois educational reform package. Yuck! McCain is right to criticize his educational policies. And Obama would give a blank check to women seeking abortion to terminate inconvenient pregnancies. He'll bring change and not all of it for good.

I just came trough the turmoil of having the Episcopal Church torn apart by gay activists who insisted on imposing their agenda. Why do I have the feeling that Obama is about to do something similiar on a national level?

Polls

The candidates shouldn't look at polls. History has shown you time & time again that what the polls say aren't necessarily the way it will turn. My advice to Obama & McCain is to keep campaigning until election day. Don't take anything for granted. OBAMA/BIDEN '08

Pushing Obama

If there is question about how the election will go; if Republicans get the message that "it is over" they will not both going to the polls. At least, this is what the DemoPress is hoping. The DemoPress would love it if you stayed home and did not vote. They don't want McCain in; they are not Republicans.

So far as "White supremacy" being "over" well, I don't even care to understand where you are coming from. I think you are lost and need some guidance. The glass ceiling was broken long ago; this election is not about race--not even close. If Obama was not such a liberal I would consider him a candidate. For me Obama is not a candidate; he is an abomination.
