Edwards in a phony

"Edwards has long struck me as a phony through and through (more than any other presidential candidate this cycle)."

Please ask my wife and son. I have said this everyday Edwards was in the news running in the '04 election and '08 primaries, and even when he was finished but still around for possible VP or cabinet positions.

It always amazed me that there were many vocal Democrats who cited him as their favorite. Like Bill Maher, who always comes off like he it insightful.

pretty boy

Pretty boy w/the $400 hair cuts is a big big liar ! he's probably suffering in a deep depression by now ...money does not bring happiness...

Edwards

Edwards is a lying sob who almost had everyone fooled. The whole truth is now going to come out and he has to face the fact that he is a compulsive liar. He knows he is the father of Rielle Hunter's daughter, but he thought he could get away with the smarmy lies he told on camera. This guy should just go and hide under a rock for the rest of his miserable life. I feel so sorry for his wife who is married to this scumbag. I don't know what kind of a person would do this to a wife who is dying of cancer. What a selfish, arrogant, hypocritical, narcissistic jackass!!

John Edwards

Rielle Hunter basically makes me want to run to the nearest shower stall, and try my best to get physically, spiritually, and morally clean. That being said, it really wouldn't matter who John Edwards was cheating on Elizabeth with, it's inexcusable and disgusting. After reading "Saving Graces", and watching her deal with the news of the recurrence and subsequent devastating diagnosis, it was evident to me this was a very special human being--one deserving of respect and the utmost admiration. I subsequently supported Mr. Edwards in his quest for the Democratic nomination, a decision I deeply regret. If you wanted to play around, John, then you should have remained single. Elizabeth certainly deserved better, as did your supporters.

John Edwards

McCain, Guiliani, secual dishonesty and thin lines between sex and power cross party lines. Its about time the press stops pretending it doesn't. If Cindy McCain's illegal drug usage is forgivable and forgettable, her hidden finances are off the table, why can't people leave the Edwards' in peace to move on with their lives. Try walking one day with their pain, andthen throw your stones.

acting Edwards

Edwards began his acting career in the court room telling untruths & making up stories....acting in his political life & personal life...Eliz Edwards did not notice it..she was being a good Mom..but now she knows..NO MORE TRUST...he thought if he bought 100 acres & built a huge mansion ..she would be content & he could go on traveling & living a "single life" ....but now she knows....sadly..& even when a person has been gone 50/100 yrs,,,the reputation lives on ....& on,,,,& on ,,,,,more of the story will come out soon enough ....NO Edwards @ DNC in Denver ....hope Obama chooses a trustworthy VPres....

Good marriage - good president???

Nixon and Bush both have a great marriages but they were our two worst presidents. I don't care about the strength of the marriage - I want a strong person as president. Edwards was stupid to cover up his affair. I am glad that Obama is the nominee.

Edwards

Edwards knew about the payoffs. That will come out next week

NEVER again...

Alright, I admit it...I was fooled again! What a sucker I am! But this is the LAST time...I swear! I will NEVER contribute to a political campaign again! NEVER! I will never again mis-spend my time or money on another morally bankrupt LOSER like John Edwards...who had the audacity to make his family the centerpiece of his campaign, fully knowing that his girlfriend was waiting in the wings for his wife to die! SCREW you Edwards!! You unconscionable PIG! I'm sure your son, Wade, would be so proud of the way you treated his Mother!
