Atlanta Gentrification
Mr. Barone, I'm not sure why you don't think Atlanta is gentrifying. Obviously, you have been there recently or researched population trends from the US census or demographers like William Frey. It's very obvious just driving through city from Downtown to Buckhead.
At one point, Atlanta was 69% black. It's now down to 54%. Projection show Atlanta will be less than 50% black in 5 years and will probably have a white mayor within a decade.
The city of Atlanta was the fastest growing area of the 13 county metro region in 2007.
Austin Bay and the Arena USA
I took Mr Barone's advice and followed the link to the site. I had not heard of the ArenaUSA but it was worth my time. The interview by itself was informative and posed good questions, but I wouldn't have nee able to remember half of it if it wasn't for the support information that went in synch with the interview.
It answered questions I had before I could ask them. I just entered thje guest login and it gave me a menue of seveal news worthy programs. Very rich and very entertaining.
