The Latest Religious Faith

March 30, 2007 11:00 AM ET | Permanent Link | Print

My Creators Syndicate column this week is on Al Gore and his crusade against global warming: crusade, because for Gore the issue seems to be one of religious faith. Here's a comment by blogger Betsy Newmark. Here's another at Neocon Express.

OBAMA'S BIOGRAPHY

There have been several interesting articles recently about Barack Obama's boyhood, which paint a rather different picture from Obama's account in his 1995 memoir, Dreams From My Father. Here's a long piece from Sunday's Chicago Tribune on "the not-so-simple story of Barack Obama's youth." This is a Los Angeles Times article from earlier this month on the same theme.

Here's a Washington Post article from February. And here is Steve Sailer's review of Obama's book in the American Conservative.
