How About....

he president appoints someone who is not a progressive judicial activist - Maybe leave the "amending" process to the legally mandated, Constitutional Amendment process.... Oh... the rule of law - what a novel idea...But, how quaintly obsolete.

Better to appoint a p.c. progressive of some large voting block. That way we can show our "inclusive tolerance", usurp the Constitution and whore after votes - all at the same time.
