Could the Military Have Seen the Fort Hood Shootings Coming?

Posted November 10, 2009

Last Thursday's shooting at Fort Hood left 13 people dead and 29 wounded, before the alleged shooter, U.S. Army psychiatrist, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, was gunned down by a police officer. While officials at Fort Hood claim that the shooting was an "isolated incident," other reports suggest that there may have been signs that the shooter could be dangerous. According to the Washington Post, in June 2007 Hasan gave a presentation warning fellow military personnel to avoid "adverse events" by considering the potential threat of Muslim soldiers conflicted about fighting wars against Muslim nations. Also, the New York Times reported that intelligence agencies were aware of communication between Hasan and a radical cleric, Anwar al-Awlaki. What do you think? Should the military have seen the attacks coming? Take our poll and post your thoughts below.

LET'S FACE IT PEOPLE , WE HAVE A MUSLIM PRESIDENT

So hell no this couldn't have been prevented and the mainstream media will protect him like they always do.

I noticed that Obama made sure that this murderer already has a lawyer and he is refusing to talk. How comical would it be to see Rahm Emanuel discuss how to interrogate the terrorist using the liberals politically correct tactics. These people are in way over their heads and we all might pay for this little feel good Obama experiment.
