You sound like your against permitting grama and grampa and the handicaped citicens from life in general.. dont know who you are, but your mental health isnt balanced there bud...
Politicians have same coverage !!!!!
All I have to say is whatever health care program the politicians stick the citizens with, then they should be under the same program.
out of control -not just an issueof healthcare
Doctors,healthcare/researchers/hospitals are more concerned with profit than the health and welfare of the public.
They are not positioned to make and maintain the necessary changes the system needs. The government is.
It's also a fact that humans usually do not make decisions in their best interests. This includes choosing doctors and services. They need guidance and oftentimes intervention .
Government needs to make the decisions that citizens either refuse to address ,are too busy with day to day life ,and simply can't be bothered with until the problem effects them directly.
People research and plan there consumer habits more than their health and welfare.
In a system that thrives on pharmaceuticals and the poor health of our citizens. how could anyone beleive that doctors and hospitals can correct the problem.Or that they are even interested in doing so? It's not their job !
Final note : It just seems bizarre that we encourage long unhealthy lives in a world that has become overpopulated and unsustainable. The real problem : people live too long, require too much medical care ,consume more recources than the earth and infrastucture can sustain and still continue to add to the population. Outof control.
