Sonia Sotomayor: Is Justice Being Served?

A Hispanic woman born into poverty, educated at Ivy League universities, nominated by Republicans and Democrats alike to posts in the federal judiciary, Sonia Sotomayor of the Bronx makes a compelling story as President Obama's choice to replace Justice David Souter on the Supreme Court. But was she the right choice? Here in San Diego Vicente Troy Hunt a citizen and veteran has been battling the for the last 6 years to get his kidnapped daughter back from Mexico. However, he has been getting neglected by the US Congressman Bob Filner, Diane Feinstein and Barabara Boxer. He has had threats against him by Chula Vista Police Officers to try and persuade him otherwise. He hopes that the White House Administration and the Justice Department will finally look into his case.
