Bias articles...

Mr. Schlesinger,

You should quickly go and get a job at CNN! The points you have made are as divisive as anything I have read!

I have learned through just watching that nature has a funny way of correcting all these ills. If our current governments decisions are correct then while it wont be easy, all should work out for the better. If they are incorrect as many have speculated as well, the only people to get hurt is the American people themselves. Personally, I have enough income from an extremely diverse portfolio built over 55 years to live a wonderful life but Mr. Schlesinger, if you or your extremest friends do not, its very likely you will starve or live a completely controlled life. Oh how the youth thinks the good life is always going to be available.

The University cannot feed the poor smart aleck nor will Mr. Obama or his incredibly intelligent associate Ms. Pelosi! They are looking out for themselves...

No Facts? No valid arguements?

I am here to educate. Don't believe me or ANY news.

Check the Congressional Budget Office or the US Treasury websites to LEARN the truth.

It takes a little work because Government Websites are MORE INEFFICIENT than private sites. If you look hard enough, you will find exactly where and HOW MUCH of OUR GRANDCHILDREN's money has been spent.

THINK for a "change".

"Selective" memory

Yes, it's true that too many Americans have selective memory when it comes to the last Administration. And you're a PERFECT example of THAT, Mr. Petty!!

Too many Americans have "selective" memory...

Does anyone remember the attack of 911, Katrina, Ike? GWB was handed a loaded deck of cards through Clinton's inaction on previous Terrorist attacks. The natural disasters were just "bad luck" and of course everyone blames the Federal Gov instead of looking to the Local Inaction that cost so many their lives.

Does anyone remember that we had 7 of 8 prosperous years that didn't start to slide until the Democrats took Congress?

Does anyone remember that GWB put aside "his Agenda" in favor of dealing with the Real Crisis' facing this Nation?

Does anyone remember Mr Obama criticized and continues to blame our Economic mess of the "Bush Spending" but has out-spent his predecessor on an annual basis 5 to 1 ?

Did anybody hear the C-Span interview where Mr Obama admits "The US IS out of money"?

Does anybody wonder why your local small businesses are closing at an exponential rate and Tax revenues are down a whopping 36%?

Does anyone wonder why you never hear these things on MSNBC, ABC or CNN?

The ONLY legitimate reason for OUR Goverment to spend more than it has is WAR or Natural Disaster, not BS "Agenda" that half the country doesn't want anyway.

The Obama/Pelosi/Reid Trilogy is driving the last nails in OUR Economy's coffin. This group could do well to "remember" GWB because he looks like a Financial Genius in comparison to the "three stooges".

They're Wrong.

I think we've given enough time and energy (and money) to testing the Republican ideology. It doesn't suprise me that the churchies are still with them. These are people who think that a talking snake is the cause of the world's ills.

Republicans are becoming monsters. That's why they are losing support. They support secret prisons, "disappearing" people, torture, trolling for gay sex in airport bathrooms, life imprisonment of minors, open abuse of power, mandatory sentencing, open graft and corruption...what's left on evil's table? Child pornography? Cannibalism?

And what have they opposed? Freedom for people to love whomever they want. Civil liberties. Freedom of choice (not just abortion...any choice they diagree with). Judges who interpret the law. The Constitution (particularly the Bill of Rights). Equal protection under the law. Justice. Mercy. Compassion.

(Don't ask me how they keep the churchies onboard with that. A testament to the lack of critical faculties in that group.)

Fix those things and maybe people will listen to you again. Another choice would be to break the bank on advertising so you can re-brand yourselves while changing nothing. I'm guessing they'll go with the latter.
