CHENEY WHO?

YOU ARE DARN RIGHT ! WHERE WAS HE FOR THE LAST EIGHT YEARS OF THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION? OUR COUNTRY NEDS TO MOVE FORWARD TOWARDS PEACE AND UNDERSTANDING AMONG ALL THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD.THIS CHENEY SITUATION IS A NUISANCE AND ANNOYING TO SAY THE LEAST.I'M NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO ALL THE NEWS STORIES.THE TRUTH WILL EVENTUALLY COME TO THE SURFACE AND THEN HE WILL GO INTO HIDING FOR ANOTHER EIGHT YEARS!

Cheney is worried...

after years of grim silence and disappearing, he's everywhere. Why? He thinks he might get ripped for approving torture. Poor Dick. He might actually have to be responsible for his machiavellian deeds.

The rest of the world knows it's torture. Just a few apologists in the Republican camp here are trying to whitewash what was considered unconscienable in the 1940's, 1950's, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's. We convicted Japanese and German officers for such acts - now Bush/Cheney is exempt?

The Republicans are the party of morality? More like the party that excuses anything the military does - and cloaks it all under the veil of "national security".

But it's great for the Democrats if he stays out there - reminding us of how cynical the 8 years under Bush were in twisting basic American values.
