The Decider: Former Pres. George W. Bush Calls Himself Authoritarian

Posted March 18, 2009

"I'm going to put people in my place, so when the history of this administration is written at least there's an authoritarian voice saying exactly what happened." — George W. Bush on plans for a memoir.

Authoritarian President G.W .Bush.

I agreed with President.God bless u.

He meant to say "authoritative"

Hey guys, we all know that Bush wasn't the most articulate President we've had. He was a "C" student who barely made it out of Yale with a degree - but obviously being an "A" student isn't a criteria for becoming President of the United States. The Constitution allows the electorate to vote in anyone of majority age who is a natural born citizen of the U.S.A. who has attained the age of 35 years. George W. Bush qualified on all those criteria. I think ex-President Bush had the right intentions, but Cheney and Cheney's men misguided Bush. Cheney was the authoritarian who mislead our nation to attack Iraq. Bush was just looking for some authoritative facts - but instead found fabrications that has resulted in ruining his legacy.

Authoritarian Guy

Finally "Decider Guy" admits (sort of) that he's an authoritarian. That shouldn't bother his fellow Republicans who long ago gave up the defense of liberty in the quest for a garrison state. Nor should it bother Democrats who seem to think freedom is mainly for experimenting on and aborting human embryos. Both parties now speak with an "authoritarian voice."
