Should Illegal Downloading of Music, Movies, and Other Media Be Prosecuted?

A lively debate is taking place in our Two Takes section on the legality of online file sharing. On the one hand, copyright holders argue that intellectual property must be strictly protected. On the other, critics say the effort does society more harm than good by creating a generation of young criminals.
