How Will Sarah Palin Do Against Joe Biden in Thursday Night's Debate?

I think it would be wise for Mr Biden to run for cover.Mrs.Palin has demonstrated that she is a very quick learner and a very sharp shooter.She has a lot of class and style,needles to say that she has a lot more experience than Mr.Joe Biden.I think that the Obama bin Biden clan are in big trouble.Look out,here comes Sarah Palin.I call her {the pale rider}.

I don't care if she debates like William Jennings Bryan this woman believes that dinosaurs and human beings walked the earth at the same time, that witches exist and need to be driven out by prayer, that ignorance, provincialism and lack of sophistication are naturally American. How can we hope to meet the critical challenges facing this country if we substitute superstition for science, ignore the future in favor of the attitudes of the seventeenth century? Get your head out of your ammunition pouch and sober up. Your children will be working as domestics in Chinese mansions if you don't wise up - and Sarah Palin and John McCain will lead this country backwards down the road to ruin.

Palin will kick butt

Palin will do well against Biden. Do not discount her..she has been manipulated by Katie Couric and the Liberal media..too bad most Americans don't think for themselves...Main stream citizens love Palin and are done with life time career politicians with Plastic surgery..as in Joe Biden.

Paling in significance

I am from Africa and I have been folowing the presidential race with keen interest. When I heard that McCain has chosen Mrs. Plain as his running mate I thought Oh My God! I thought Obama made a mistake by choosing Biden but this surely pales in significance. They way I look at it is, McCain is so scared of Obama that he thinks the only best way to cower him is to get him a pitbull or a "pig with lipstick on" to try and chase him. Since I have learnt that Plain Palin is blessed with no no other talents except the curse of rude and dumbness all bound together with the cord of idoicy, I doubt the debate with Biden wil do nay harm to Obama's campaign except if Obama himself cannot resist the urge of kissing the lipstick off the pig. Biden better watch- coz Palin wil be watching him throught the deabte with nothing else to say except applying lipstick on

"I do not see how the debate questions could be anything other than fair. I mean, each candidate answers the same questions."

Quite frankly, if you can't understand the concept of how a question can be skewed to favor one person's response over another's, I'm surprised that your offspring is more knowledgable about the pertinent issues then the Republican Vice Presidental candidate.

Here's an example:

Moderator: Governor Palin, this goes to you first. "How would your health insurance plan provide coverage for chronically unemployed and homeless people?" You have 2 minutes.

Governor Palin: (In two minutes, Governor Palin would have to explain why a health insurance shouldn't be provided for ABLE BODIED, MENTALLY SOUND, AND COMPLETELY CAPABLE people who don't care enough about themselves to acquire necessary medical care. Furthermore, to put the issue in the correct perspective, she would have to describe how initiatives of the McCain-Palin policies will lead to a better economy while assisting people who have the initiative find employment.)

Senator Biden: (Biden would spin the whole thing as if the government would provide the best of the best for everyone, whether they work for it or not. However, he won't talk about how a huge tax raise will be necessary to support yet another expansion of government. In essence, it's dangling the carrot in front of everyone's face that wants to believe they can have it all without sacrificing anything. His message is a lot easier to swallow and the left leaning, socialist loving, and unethical mainstream media wants to hear.)

Instead, the way a true moderator would pose the question is something like "Why is your health insurance plan the best option for the American People." Possibly followed by "What is your top 2 criticisms of your opponent's plan?" THAT is an equal opportunity question, and something a truely "liberal" thinker would support. The liberal movement used to be all about being open minded and accepting of all viewpoints, now it's been corrupted into the very kind of mindset that it was meant to fight.

Unlike McCain, Palin will stare at Biden the whole time

To make up for McCain's rebuff of Obama, by not acknowledging him at all, Palin will probably stare at Biden while she is talking and while he is also. She is as she call herself, a "pitbull." She will not let go of a chance to attack Obama, who has been her real opponent since she was named. She sees her job as an attack dog or she wouldn't have made the analogy in the first place. That was a warning for Obama. Her mission is to discredit him at all costs. She will not answer any questions posed to her, but use the chance to attack Obama. She will ignore Biden or ridicule him as she has in the past. She is as rude as McCain, so it will continue. McCain probably couldn't find anyone who wanted to serve as his VP, so "she chose him" rather than the other way around. Beauty Queens has enormous egos, that start when they are quite small (watch a little princess pagent). (I am a Republican and I appove of this message.)

Biden lipstick

Biden may need some lipstick when it's all over. Sarah Palin has actually done more for the people in America than Obama or Biden. This is going to be a big win for the people in America that actually do vote in America. The Dems are soooo far out of touch and the media is as well. The polls are biased and incorrect as well. It sells and that's what the media does, it's how they get paid. The people will vote Nov. 4th,, By By, Obama..

Oh my, this could be good. I know they have been working with Palin, trying their best to teach her everything she does not know. It is true they do this before all debates, the thing is it is suppose to be to brush them up, not teach them everything they need to know. How sad is that?

Sarah Palin is tough

She has proved this by holding up to the unbelievable attacks on her and her family that have nothing to do with her politics. The SNL skit where someone claims "I just know the dad is doing the daughters" is typical of far left humor. No civility - you don't see the other side stooping to such low tactics. Joe Biden should consider himself fortunate that he is not going to have to perform Thursday worrying how the mainstream media and SNL is going to treat him OR HIS FAMILY no matter what his performance. He definitely is going in with the upperhand.

GOP puts lipstick on Palin

Because of the lopsidedness...look for this to be a POLITE debate...like it was between Hillary and Barack earlier this year. Palin will do OK on Thursday. Although I'm a DEM voting for Obama, unless she forgets her rehearsed lines, it will be hard to say she didn't hold her own, at least for a little while. However, on foreign policy, I think Biden has VAST background knowledge, and can PROVE it by flipping out facts, names, and policies he has been involved with. He can say..."When I was in Germany." Or..."When I was in Iraq." Or he could name drop leaders he's been with. Palin can do NOTHING but stare or smile when he does that. Folks are onto her ways and will see thru any attempts to look cute, or pretend to be a maverick. Being a simple hockey mom won't cut it when there are very serious subjects out on the table. If she can't answer simple economy questions without running pre-written scripts out of her mouth...then she will begin to sound like that YouTube video of the Miss Teen USA from South Carolina! I think she'll do OK...but Biden is going to have a field day showing her up on experience. Her attack? She'll attack Obama instead of Biden...just watch. It's easier to attack somebody who can't directly answer. And the moderator will call her on it repeatedly. To WIN a debate, you must attack your opponent in the room or you'll seem disconnected, or a bit mental...but every time she does, thru moderator prompting, Biden will put her on the spot.
