Abuse Instead Of Use...

The nationa debt was necessary upon its creation as it is now, the question is whether it has been used or abused. In times of crisis a national debt surely is warranted yet to operate solely upon an expanding debt is foolhardy. America must adopt a Constitutional aedment to service the debt as our political leadership has become grossly irresponsible. I suggest a 1% debt service sales tax to be levied now and at any time a debt is incurred in the future. Our national debt must be serviced and the best method is by Constitutional amendment to avoid political meddling.
