Republicans Trying to Court Hillary Supporters

I think the choice is pretty much clear. The only reason this woman was picked is because the GOP wants to recuit Hillary supporters. Which is really quite dumb if you think about it. There are not too many women who supported Hillary just because she is a woman. Hillary shared these women's values and concerns. To pick Palin as his VP pick for this reason should be a slap in the face to women everywhere not just in the Democratic Party. Then they just so happen to announce that her teenage daughter is pregnant. Oh but wait, she getting married. So that makes her pregnancy okay? Give me a break. I agree with Obama that the candidates families should be off limits, but they are trying to play this situation to their advantage. If this was a teenage girl in my neighborhood who was pregnant at this age, it would be viewed as a tragedy by the Republican party and most of America even though there is to be a wedding. This does not mean that this child is ready to be a wife and mother. Then they go on and on about the infant she has with Down Syndrome. Really my heart goes out to her and her family but, that hardly qualifies her as an expert on pro-life or family planning. Especially since I feel that she can't keep her own household in control, how is she going to help run our country. Think about this people. I am a woman as well. I want to see a woman on the ticket just as bad as some of you. But, the Republican ticket is the wrong ticket. McCain is a bitter old war hero who is still angry about what happened to him so many years ago. Which by the way does not qualify him as an expert on national security. The choice is clear America. If you want to move forward and restore America back to the great country it once was, vote Barack Obama for President in November.

It's clear smoke

It's clear to me...experience and/or none!? Do they (RNC) really expect us to believe anything they have to offer? From War, taxes, Gas, and even the value of my dollar....I cannot continue to allow this...with the power of my vote...I"m hoping for change....real change and not just some promise of a better tomorrow. I"m still "hot" with the Obama campaign...."Hilliary" was a clear and most respectful choice...but enough crying, wimping, and shouting!!!!! Finally, many of us are atleast on one accord...and that's the need for change here in America!

Let's make it happen.....

With Experiences

Obama and Palin are not in same level when we talk about political knowledge in doing things right.

McCain' age is affecting him too seriously we cannot be blind like him not to see what Obama can offer for US/World. Old age both in life is just a number, McCain years in politics are nothing to compare to a new of one man with vision and ability to deliever.

Think well and see beyound blind McCain illness.

Confused?

It goes without question that Obama's experience cannot be compared to that of Sara Palin, yes only the confused cannot see it, this is why they have stunned the American people and the world by claiming she is more qualified than Obama. People have lost reason they are really, really confused.

I wonder now Mcsame is spinning his way out of the problem that he failed to vet properly. Well he is the same as Bush, Saddam Hussein has Weapons of Mass distruction. Cooking everything to make us beleive it true, this are the same politics of lies and spinn.

Garbage "Journalism"

What a disappointment to see a misspelled headline with no byline masquerading as "opinion."The entire usnews.com web site is laden with sub par content like this.

What was the nature of your experience?

B. Hussein Obama has the experience of being a 'community oragnizer', then became chairman of the Chicago Anneberg Challenge founded by his unrepentant domestic terrorist friend Bill Ayers and even began his poltical career from Ayers living room. Then he became a politician in Chicago and was vetted by the 'clean' politicians there... then became state senator where he voted against a bill that would protect babies born alive if the doctor didn't abort the baby properly... this equates to infanticide. He even voted against a similar bill identical to the one that passed in the U.S. Senate 98-0, which included wording that would not disrupt Roe v. Wade. In 2004, he gave speech then ran for the Senate virtually uncontested... was there for only 1 year then for the past two years he has been running to be the next President of the United States.

While we are talking about experiences; we should also look at the nature and accomplishments of those experiences.

I DONT CARE WHO SHE IS .

SHE WILL NEVER COMPARE TO BARACK OBAMA NEVER .JOHN MCCAIN IS A KNUCKLE HEAD.

I'm considering the source...

Look at the sub-title: "The Democratic presidential candidate compares his experiance with Sarah Palin's"

This is from a professional writer. Someone who gets PAID for his words. And he can't even spell "experience", let alone use a spell checker?

I guess it goes to show that a non-professional writer like me can have more "experience" than even a pro - and probably write better to boot.

No wonder there's no by-line... Their opinion isn't worth attaching even a pseudonym.

Did Mrs. Palin have experience when she started?
